Here & Now

Together, we help each other plan how to deal with our issues. Groups are facilitated by a Recovery Coach and/or people in long-term recovery.

Join us for this Here and Now: A Feeling Process Group at Chase Recovery, Cannock. A safe and supportive space to explore and express your emotions in the present moment.

In this group, we’ll focus on being present with our feelings and supporting each other through the process. It’s all about being real and in the moment together.
